THE One Show returns tonight with boxer Frank Bruno and a discussion about what one couple did when they got sick of the increasing cost of their energy bills.

Who is on The One Show tonight?
Frank Bruno is a British former professional boxer who competed between 1982 and 1996.
He will be talking about his new autobiography, where he opens up about his battles with mental health.
The ex-heavyweight champion told of his torment after he was sectioned at Basildon Hospital in Essex in April 2012.
In a harrowing extract from his tell-all book being serialised by the Daily Mirror, he describes hitting “rock bottom” as he was led to his room.
Frank said: “My room was no bigger than a cell. I put my suitcase on top of an old chest of drawers and sank on to the narrow bed.
“Then I looked up and realised there were no windows.
“I was a former champion of the world, for God’s sake. Now I felt like an animal in a zoo, stripped of my dignity.”
Frank has a daughter, Rachel Bruno-Hardy, who is a TV presenter and mental health campaigner.
