Who is Frankie Cocozza and what is he famous for?

Born on 17 January 1993, Frankie Cocozza is a 24-year-old singer best known for appearing on the 2011 series of The X Factor.

The Brighton native made headlines with his first X Factor audition when he shocked judges by revealing he had the names of seven girls he’d slept with tattooed on his derriere.

Making into the live finals, Frankie’s performances often came under heavy criticism at times even by his own mentor, Gary Barlow.

On 8 November 2011 it was announced that Frankie had left the show. He admitted that his life had “gone out of control” while on the show amid several reports of wild partying.

What has Frankie Cocozza done since The X Factor?

Frankie didn’t wait long before going back to reality TV.

In January 2012 he entered the Celebrity Big Brother house, making it all the way to the final where he came in second place to TV personality and actress Denise Welch.

He’s released several solo singles including 2012’s She’s Got A Motorcycle which peaked at 89 on the UK chart.

Failing to ignite a solo career, he released music as part of rock band The Telescreen but is yet to make a big impact.

Frankie is currently starring on the third series of Celebs Go Dating.

What is Frankie’s net worth and how has he spent it all?

Frankie was reportedly worth £350,000 but has since claimed to have spent his entire fortune.

Despite getting a reported £30,000 to star on CBB, his fortune quickly diminished and at one stage he was left with just £5 in the bank.

The 24-year-old singer currently earns cash mixing cement, ahead of his appearance on the Channel 4 show, Celebs Go Dating.

Floppy-haired Frankie told The Mirror that he would do his wild ride all over again given the chance and he admits he is worse at spending than ever before.

He said: “I have no regrets. I didn’t have to have a real job for a long time after the show, and me and my mates had the best time.

“I went back to work because I needed more dough, but I think I was just bored. I sat in my room for the last three or four years playing guitar every day.”

Frankie said: “I didn’t think it was going to end. I spent it all on Fred Perry and booze – among other things I won’t say. Over the years I think I’ve spent about £200,000 on alcohol.”
