What is Gordon Ramsay on Cocaine?

Gordon Ramsay on Cocaine is a two-part documentary series that will see the popular TV chef investigate the drugs industry.

The documentary will see Gordon observe the drug being “cooked” before meeting drug smugglers and the UK police force battling the problem.

Gordon Ramsay on Cocaine serves as part of ITV’s new Crime & Punishment season which also features shocking documentaries from Piers Morgan, Susanna Reid, Ross Kemp and Sir Trevor McDonald.

What has Gordon Ramsay said about the show?

Announcing the show, Gordon explained a personal desire to understand what makes cocaine rife in the restaurant business.

He explained: “I’ve wanted to understand the ‘world’ of cocaine ever since I lost one of my chefs at my flagship restaurant in Chelsea and I wanted to learn why it’s becoming such an epidemic not just globally but specifically in the culinary world.”

Gordon added: “I dare anyone to watch this series and not think again about taking cocaine.”

When will Gordon Ramsay on Cocaine air on TV?

Gordon Ramsay on Cocaine begins on ITV1 at 9pm on Thursday 19 October.

The second episode will air a week later on Thursday 26 October.

After broadcast, each episode will be available via ITV’s on demand service, The ITV Hub.

What is ITV’s Crime and Punishment season?

This Autumn, ITV are launching their first Crime & Punishment season which will see one-off documentaries from some of the network’s most recognisable faces.

The season begins with Sir Trevor McDonald fronting An Hour to Catch A Killer and this will be followed by Gordon Ramsay’s two-part investigation into the cocaine industry.
