It consists of people rapping about things they would do for sex.

Where did the For the D challenge come from?
The trend has been inspired by rapper GameOva Reedy’s freestyle song “For That D”.
The New Orleans rapper released the song back in April this year, and the trend has since taken off on social media.
A-list celebs have since been revealing their biggest turn-ons and making their own versions.

Stars including Cardi B and Amber Rose’s boyfriend 21 Savage and have already opened up about their darkest desires online.
Kim Kardashian shocked fans when she dropped a massive and controversial bombshell about why she’s decided to bleach her hair.
Posting a snap of herself with the silvery look, she added the caption: “I’d go blonde for that D…”
The apparently racy reveal sent Kim’s fans into meltdown, with commenters writing: “There’s nothing you haven’t done for the D though” and “omg kimberly you did not just tweet that sis”.
