UFC star Conor McGregor has vowed to beat Floyd Mayweather should the pair meet in a rematch.

The Irishman – knocked out in the tenth round in Las Vegas last month against the American – has vowed to come out victorious if they clash once more.

McGregor was speaking at Q&A with fans in Glasgow, and didn’t hold back when speaking about the blockbuster bout at the T-Mobile Arena.

Journalist Chisanga Malata – live at the event – tweeted: “McGregor says he’d beat Mayweather if they had a rematch.”

And if he had changed his prepartions for his fight with ‘Money,’ it would have been the easiest nights work of his career,

While the 29-year-old – who could earn up to £55million from his one and only boxing fight – revealed he is still counting his earnings from his battle.

And McGregor has even suggested he would love to face a boxer inside the Octagon – where he would be the favourite.

Paulie Maligaggi – an option to face inside the caged ring – was brandished a ‘rat’ by the two-weight UFC world champion.
