TUESDAY’S EuroMillions jackpot will the biggest ever offered — after the tenth rollover in a row tonight.
A lucky UK lotto player could scoop an estimated £167million after no winning tickets were issued for Friday night’s draw.
The mammoth amount dwarfs the eye-watering £155million top prize that was on offer tonight.
If the jackpot is claimed next week, it will be the biggest lottery win in British and European history.
Andy Carter, Senior Winners’ Adviser at The National Lottery, said: “At an estimated £167 million Tuesday’s EuroMillions jackpot will be the biggest ever offered to National Lottery players in the UK.
“A single UK winner would be biggest this country and Europe has ever seen.”
Friday’s EuroMillions numbers were 07, 18, 19, 32 and 48, with the Lucky Star numbers 03 and 07.
The last time a EuroMillions jackpot was won was over a month ago on 25 August, when a UK punter snapped up the top £15.7m prize.
Mr Carter added: “We urge players to get their ticket early to be in with a chance and also to help raise more millions for National Lottery Good Causes.
“On average, each week players generate more than £30 million to be added to the £37 billion raised so far.”
The biggest EuroMillions win to date is £161million, which was scooped by British couple Colin and Chris Weir in July 2011.
There have been five EuroMillions jackpots of more than £100million won by UK ticket-holders.
In all, 91 Brits have won or shared the EuroMillions jackpot.
