Tom Kerridge: Weight loss transformations revealed with one dieter losing over three stone

Tom Kerridge, 44, lost a whopping 12 stone after realising his weight had got out of control.

The chef weighed 30 stone at his heaviest so by cutting carbs and going to the gym managed to lose the weight.

He then decided to try and help others lose weight with his tasty but low-calorie recipes on his BBC show Lose Weight For Good.

But how have the dieters on the show done after ten weeks of his recipes?

Sandra lost 15 pounds after wanting to lose weight after graduating, to look good in her dress.

Tom lost 22 pounds with Tom Kerridge hoping it would make his twin brother want to lose weight as well.

His brother admitted that once they lost eight stone together but put it back on again, so hopes they can do it again together.

They both admitted that by being competitive in losing weight every week, it could help them both end up doing it together.

Nurse Sam wanted to lose weight because she was too heavy to do a tandem skydive.

She needed to be below 15 stone and ended up weighing just 13 stone 10 pounds.

Kayleigh wanted to improve her health as a focus of losing weight. diabetes, high blood pressure and kidney problems were some of he problems she faced, and lost 17 pounds over the ten weeks.

A check up afterwards confirmed that her blood pressure had dropped as well. Her blood test also showed she had hit levels below 41, meaning she had slowed her diabetes down.

The ladies dropped over four stone between them, with the goal being a stone each and between three of the men, they lost four and a half stone.

The couple Tom and Beth also achieved their goals with Beth going from overweight to a healthy BMI.

Yet David had big goals to lose two stone yet ended up losing three stone in 12 weeks.

Overall, the ten diets lost a whopping 18 stone and 10 pounds between them.
