DRAMATIC footage captures the moment an immense passenger plane was almost whirled across a runway as it attempted to land.
The Emirates Airlines aircraft, which had flown from Dubai, had just touched land in Dusseldorf, Germany on Thursday, before powerful winds bullied it across the runway.
The pilot safely manoeuvred the Airbus A380 into the airport, until brutal wind speeds suddenly began to surge.

The plane is filmed being pushed across the tarmac at an angle as the pilot attempts to line the aircraft up with the runway.
Reports claim wind speeds were up to 22 mph yesterday in Dusseldorf, around the time the footage was captured by plane spotter Martin Bogdan.
The pilot is forced to perform a sudden crosswind landing as the brutal winds force the plane full of passengers to swerve and skid across the tarmac.
Eventually the pilot brings the huge plane under control and completes the landing.
Describing the film on YouTube, Mr Bogdan said: “I have filmed a few thousand crosswind landings at several airports in Europe within the past years, but this Airbus A380 crosswind landing was extremely hard and extraordinary.
“At first it looked like a pretty normal crosswind approach but after touchdown the pilots tried to align with the runway which looked pretty incredible.
“I have never seen such a tremendous reaction of an air plane after a touchdown. You can see that the pilots tried to align with the runway by using the tail rudder and luckily it worked out.”
