CHAT show giant Graham Norton has put his beach house up for sale for a cool £2.3m – and the luxurious, modernist pad is the dream seaside getaway.

The Irish TV personality’s six-bed residence is located in the picturesque Cooden, Bexhill, which has been the home of Eddie Izzard and Spike Milligan in the past.

Graham, 54, bought the house for a mere £1.3m in November 2009, so he stands to make a million or more on it if he finds a buyer.

The property boasts a pool overlooking the English Channel, while the main building is decked in African iroko wood.

There are several balconies, underfloor heating throughout and a luxury en-suite, with a double sink basin and freestanding bath.

Buyers may also be tempted by the private beach that comes with the property

All three bedrooms on the upper floor have en-suites, and the house is just a short walk from Cooden Beach railway station with quick connections to London.

It’s thought Graham is buying a property in the as-yet-unfinished ONE Blackfriars building, nicknamed The Vase, as well as having his own property in Ireland.

It’s no wonder Graham can afford to switch up his properties as he’s been a permanent fixture on the BBC for years now.

Hosting Eurovision, and his own Radio 2 show, Graham is best-known for his Friday night BBC One chat show.

All this means he is paid between £850,000 and £900,000 a year by the BBC – and that’s on top of all the extra work he does for magazines and through book deals.

Sadly for Harrison Ford, viewers were left in hysterics when he forgot the name of his Blade Runner 2049 co-star Ryan while on the sofa.
