LEWIS HAMILTON is expected to confirm a new sponsorship deal with motorcycle maker MV Agusta.
Last night, Hamilton tweeted a picture of him dressed in motorbike leathers leading many fans thinking he was about to ditch F1 and switch to MotoGP.

However, it is more than likely the Brit will announce his new deal with the Italian company, which will see him launch his own model.
Just 44 models of the LHF4RC will be made and are expected to cost around £60,000.
Giovanni Castiglioni, MV Agusta Motor President, said earlier this month: “I met Lewis a few years ago when he called up our Customer Care asking in a very humble way to buy a special bike.
“After having developed some bikes for Lewis we turned our common passion into a partnership with the creation of the successful Dragster RR LH produced in 244 units.
“I’m very excited and proud to continue this cooperation that will see new MV Agustas co-designed with Lewis entering the market in the next month.”
The reason that led many to believe he could be set for a shock switch to MotoGP was that the 32-year-old hasn’t extended his contract with Mercedes as he has just 15 months to run on his £30million-a-year deal.

Though he stated he wants to start talks over a new deal, as of yet nothing has been signed or made official.
He posted on Twitter: “Announcement coming tomorrow…”
One user responded by saying: “If he’s quitting F1 at end of season and going to moto (sic) GP I hope Verstappen replaces him, needs a decent car/team does the lad!
While another simply said: “You’re quitting F1 to ride bikes?”
But it appears it could have been a clever tease for something very different.
