Fortnite Mobile fans will have to wait a little longer for Battle Royale download codes on iOS.
Fans were able to sign up for Fortnite Mobile codes yesterday, although high demand caused the website to crash.
And the bad news doesn’t end there, because the first wave of Fortnite Mobile codes won’t be sent out until later this week.
That’s according to Epic’s Donald Mustard, who told Forbes that fresh codes won’t be sent out today.
With Epic’s track record of delivering speedy updates, fans shouldn’t have to wait too long to play Fortnite Battle Royale on iOS.

Fans have been warned against clicking false download links.
“We have not sent out any mobile invites yet. Please be aware of false mobile download links. Our official URLs are Fortnite.com and Epicgames.com.”
Fortnite Mobile is described as the full Battle Royale experience with no compromises.
It features the same map, the same content, the same unlockables, gameplay and even the same weekly updates.
The only restrictions are that users must have an internet connection, and iOS 11 on iPhone 6S/SE. iPad Mini 4, iPad Air 2, iPad 2017, iPod Pro and later.
“We will send you an email invitation with a link to download the game from the App Store, as soon as you can play,” Epic continues.
Anybody yet to receive a download code will be placed on the waiting list.
The developer also posted an Android update, although a release date is yet to be revealed.
“New invites will roll out as the servers can handle more players,” Epic explains.
“Thanks for your patience! We expect to rollout Android in the next few months.
“If you are on an Android device, please sign up by clicking the button above. We’ll notify you when your Android device is supported.”
