ELLIOTT Wright has revealed he banned his oldest friend James Argent from appearing in any of his official photos as his wedding to Sadie Stuart.
The former Towie star, 35, says “annoying” pal Arg was “p***ing [him] off” and not taking his role at the wedding “seriously”, which caused a huge row – threatening to ruin all the planning and prep he and Sadie had put in.
Essex native Elliott, who tied the knot with Sadie in Marbella a week ago after getting together in late 2015, found he was unable to tolerate Arg on the big day and in the lead-up to it.
Elliott told OK! magazine: “[Arg] p***** me off before the wedding! He didn’t bother going to his suit fitting, so on the day, it didn’t fit him properly.
“We had a bit of an argument over it because to me it’s an honour to be asked to be a groomsman and I was annoyed that he didn’t take it seriously.”
Elliott added of Arg: “He’s a bit annoying but he’s one of my oldest friends!”
Another disaster hit the wedding day when Elliott’s cousin Mark Wright failed to attend due to his new job in the States.
But despite all this, Sadie and Elliott managed to get married, and the bride looked breathtaking, with Elliott adding: “I feel like the luckiest man alive – Sadie looked stunning.”
The whole wedding is set to be shown on a new two-part reality TV series called Elliott And Sadie: The Wedding.
Elliott has said that despite quitting Towie in 2015 he thinks this show – which cost “half a million” to make – has a different feel.
He said: “Towie wasn’t constructive and I wanted to do a show that was raw and real. The show I did was more an observational documentary. It felt completely different.

“I’ve always tried to be real on camera and what you see is what you get and if you don’t like me then that’s that.
“The TV helps my businesses and once we’ve done this we will film again,” he added.
Elliott And Sadie: The Wedding begins on October 15 at 9pm on ITVBe.
