STACEY Fowler has been left devastated after social services removed her children in EastEnders.
The pregnant mum of two – who is played by actress Lacey Turner in the BBC soap – broke down in tears as social services and the police turned up on her doorstep after Carmel Kazemi called them convinced Stacey was abusing Arthur.
But after speaking to Lily again, Carmel realised she had made a mistake and desperately tried to stop the investigation happening, but when they turned up she seized her chance to take care of both Arthur and Lily for the night.
Arthur’s father Kush worked out what his mum did and was horrified but went along with her plan when faced with the kids being taken into care.
It comes as viewers became convinced Lily Fowler is trying to murder her brother Arthur.
The 7-year-old schoolgirl told Carmel Kazemi that mum Stacey was the one hurting Arthur, which she already suspected, but now viewers are convinced that Lily is in fact behind them and not the hospital tests as Arthur’s parents believe.

Another tweeted: “Lily is the one hurting Arthur.”
“Lily is such a liar! Little brat for framing your mum,” said another.
It comes after Lily told Carmel Kazemi, Arthur’s grandmother, that Stacey was the one hurting Arthur.
The council planner – who is played by actress Bonnie Langford in the BBC soap – broke down in tears as she found bruises over Arthur after clashing with Stacey over what she sees as neglect.
Earlier in the episode Carmel and Stacey clashed and then had a heart to heart.
“I feel like my entire life is under a magnifying glass – I make a mistake people think I’ve lost the plot again,” Stacey told her.
But as Carmel shared her own worries, the pair seemed to come to a happy medium and she agreed to look after the children while Stacey had a nap.
That was when she found the bruises and broke down in tears, just a day after Arthur was released from hospital after taking an overdose of Stacey’s bipolar medication.
The pregnant mum of two – who is played by actress Lacey Turner in the BBC soap – reacted angrily when the doctors tried to find out what was wrong with her baby, and then in a shocking twist it was revealed that Arthur had had an overdose of Stacey’s bipolar medication.
As the Doctor questioned Stacey and Martin over Arthur’s illness, she said she understood that mistakes do happen.
“Mistakes?” asked Martin adding: “You mean you think this was neglect?”
The doctor then revealed what had happened, saying: “When I saw the notes, we had only been looking for the most obvious causes.

“Mrs Fowler are you on any anti-psychotic drugs?” she asked and when Stacey confirmed she was, the doctor had her answer.
“Putting Arthur’s symptoms together with his blood results and this looks like someone who has overdosed on bipolar drugs – your bipolar drugs Mrs Fowler.”
