Chris Moyles is the outspoken radio DJ who has won various awards.
The 44-year-old has had a successful career in radio, presenting the very popular Chris Moyles Show on BBC Radio 1.
However, the presenter, who now works for Radio X, has also had a huge victory when it comes to his weight.
Chris Moyles’s weight loss saw him shed an impressive five stone and looks drastically different today.
The DJ, from Leeds, most recently appeared at the ‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’ European Premiere in London.
Stepping out in a black suit with a black tie on 12 December 2017, Moyles looked very svelte.
He also sported a distinguished salt and pepper grey beard.
The radio presenter has come a long way, and has always been very open with the public about his mission to shed the stones.
Moyles once referred to his stint on BBC One as his “fat breakfast DJ stage”.
However, the DJ managed to shed the pounds for good by following a diet and exercise plan.
In 2014, after Chris first revealed his impressive five stone weight loss transformation, he told The Sun: “I don’t know what I used to think when I looked in the mirror when I was at my worst.
“Now if I go out on a Friday or Saturday and have a few beers, I can see that I’m bloating in the mirror on Sunday.
“I fall off the wagon sometimes and buy a pack of salt and vinegar chip sticks and a pack of cookies and eat them, and I feel bad about myself and cry myself to sleep. That happens.”
Good to Know revealed that Moyles eats a diet of fresh fruit and vegetables with nutrient dense grains, quinoa and oatmeal.
He also enjoys an omelette in the morning and salads at lunch time.
Another TV personality Gregg Wallace has revealed how he lost three stone using one diet plan secret.
